GrabSurprise is an early-stage project. This notice describes how information submitted through the customer waitlist and store partnership forms is intended to be handled. Before launch, replace the placeholders below with the actual business operator, registered address, form provider, retention periods and any legal requirements that apply to you.

Information you submit

The forms may collect your name, email address, ZIP code or city, phone number, business name and type, website or social handle, preferred bag category, and any message you choose to provide. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

How information is used

Customer information is used to send the launch updates you asked for and to understand general interest in the service. Store information is used to respond to partnership inquiries. Submissions are not used for unrelated purposes without an appropriate basis and notice.

Form processing

Submissions are delivered to a form-processing service configured by the site operator. That provider processes the information under its own terms and privacy practices. Name the provider here and link to its privacy notice before enabling live submissions.

Sharing and retention

Describe who can access submissions, whether information is shared with service providers, how long it is kept, and how it is securely deleted. Do not promise that data is never shared unless that is accurate for your actual setup.

Your choices

Every marketing email includes a clear way to unsubscribe. To ask questions or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information, email contractmindai@gmail.com.
